Every project started in the yard, where we pick the superior grade quality of solid wood for carving, and then the hard work begins- shaping the wood in the desired structure. The meticulous finish has been done by the age-old technique using a 23-step hand process beginning with fine hand sanding.  The work is necessarily slow and requires substantial skill.
